As a small business dedicated to handcrafted quality, we put a lot of love into every batch we make. We want you to enjoy every bar of soap you receive. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.
Our Policy: All Sales Are Final
Because soap is a personal hygiene product, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its purity or safety for resale. Even if a package appears unopened, for sanitary reasons, we cannot restock it. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of hygiene and keeps our prices fair for everyone.
Damaged or Defective Items
While we take great care in packaging your order, we understand that mistakes or shipping damage can happen.
We will happily replace or refund items if:
- The item arrived damaged.
- The item has a defect.
- You received the wrong item.
Conditions for Replacement:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

- Please attach a photo of the damaged or defective product (and the packaging, if damaged during shipping).
