Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?
Our handmade soaps are crafted with gentle, nourishing plant oils that are often much kinder to the skin than commercial detergents. However, if you have specific sensitivities or allergies, we recommend checking the ingredient list on each product page and doing a patch test first.
Do you offer local pickup in Newmarket?
Yes! We love meeting our local customers. If you are in the Newmarket, Ontario area, you can select "Local Pickup" at checkout to skip shipping fees. We will email you when your order is ready with pickup instructions.
How long will it take to get my order?
We hand-pack and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery within Ontario usually takes 2-4 business days, while other provinces or US orders may take 5-10 business days.
